There are a few main key factors which determine the size of snowboard you should choose. For the full breakdown check out this blog post.

For a beginner choose a snowboard which is 2-5cm less than your standard length. A good rule of thumb is if the snowboard reaches your chin stood up, you should be good to go. Weight also plays a factor, again the heavier you are the longer the snowboard should be.

Due to the range of products we offer, not all snowboards are made form the same material. However, all information regarding the manufacture of the product will be on the product page along side dimensions, features and colours.

No, sorry we don't fit bindings onto the boards due to increase risk of damage during delivery. The process is relativley easy. Click here for a tutorial on how to mount your bindings

In short, yes it does. Depending on the terrain, style you want and experience you have, you will choose a different board for each scenario. For beginners, a beginner board is your best option.

Depending on your chosen item(s) and delivery preference, this will vary. However we can garuntee your item should take no longer than a week to be delivered.

We strongly suggest you choose another delivery adress or choose a local shop or office you can deliver to.

Because of the size of the boards they will be sent back to the warehouse if nobody is there to sign for the delivery

If you've missed your delivery please don't panic and immediately contact us

We will ensure your order is delivered to you via another adress or on a date where you'll be at home to recieve the package.

Your refund will be within your account within 48 hours of the item(s) being returned to our suppliers.

If you want to return an item contact us and we will inform you of the details of where your item needs to be sent back too.

However if you've ordered more than one item you might have to send your items to seperate places as we have different suppliers for different items and in that case we will send you the various locations.

Firstly contact us immediatley. We can assure you that all items we send are sent in the best condition and may have been damaged in shipping. Please send us picture conformation of the damage items and keep all packaging in good conditon. We will then proceed to send you detials of where the item should be returned.

We accept a range of payment methods. PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also accept payments from Bancontact and iDEAL.

When you sign up to our newsletter, you'll be sent a discount code which takes 10% off your order. Please enter the code into the discount code section when you checkout.

There are a few main factors to condsider such as skill, weight, height, fitness. Also what type of surfing you'll be doing matters to the matieral and style of board you'll be choosing.

If you're unsure or new to buying surfboards I'd highly reccomend reading the blog to determine your reccomended size.

If you have selected the wrong delivery adress or size, contact us immediately as there is a small window where we can cancel the order.

However if your item has been processed and dispatched by our suppliers than you will have to return the product, order again and ammend the mistake on either the size or adress. You will be refunded for the full price of the product.
